f82a8cf40b Bug 958489 - Implement base Image::GetAsSourceSurface. r=nical 
Added an Image::GetAsSourceSurface to return a gfx::SourceSurface
and implemented in terms of gfxPlatform::GetSourceSurfaceForSurface.

Deprecated GetAsSurface.
