a2fa0353de Bug 1752183 - Add support for downloading and presenting remote images r=Mardak 
RemoteImages provides the capability to download and cache images to Firefoxen
off of release trains, e.g., to be used in Nimbus experiments. RemoteImages only returns
blob URIs to avoid allowing file: URIs in Content Security Policy for chrome
documents.

Images are cached for a maximum of 30 days, after which they will be deleted.

f3325b6750 Bug 1731101 - Polish CFR doorhanger & fix PanelTestProvider to help debug, r=Mardak 
Make the width and font sizes match the spec. Clean up button sizing.  Remove lots of
unnecessary font-size overrides.  Fix the margin for large size icons.  Fix
the test PERSONALIZED_CFR_MESSAGE doorhanger and update it with a large
size icon to make it possible to test and debug.
