510cf177bc Bug 1951720: Don't exclude 0 width whitespace text nodes from the accessibility tree if they're at the end of a wrapped line. r=morgan 
In bug 1951067, I pruned all 0 width whitespace text nodes from the accessibility tree.
However, it turns out that whitespace text nodes at the end of wrapped lines can also be 0 width.
These have semantic importance, since otherwise, words in separate inline nodes can be merged together without a space.
To fix this, explicitly check that the node is before a hard line break, not a soft (wrapped) line break.

With the patch,
1) Create a separate function to get all the previews based on the scope and the selected frame
2) Tests should now wait for inline previews when paused unless explicitly opt out

96912382cd Bug 1893306 - Do not hand off fling velocity to a parent APZC if a child APZC has scrolled. r=botond 
Not all flings should allow for handoff. A overscroll fling should be
able to handoff residual velocity to a APZC earlier in the overscroll
handoff chain, but a fling that starts in an APZC that is not scrollable
in the given direction should not handoff to the parent if the child has
already scrolled. This behavior is most commonly seen in pan gestures or
touch scrolls that change direction when the axis locking mode is
sticky.
