d9d66e38d5 DeCOMtaminate nsCSSFrameConstructor (bug 231157). This gets rid of the nsIStyleFrameConstruction and nsICSSFrameConstructor interfaces. The frame constructor now has the same lifetime as the pres shell. r+sr=dbaron. 2004-01-21 23:05:10 +00:00

a90ec6ff21 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. d47517f6dc Fixing bug 225837. 2ac380ff71 Add nsIFrame::GetPresContext, which gets the pres context from the rule node which it gets from the style context. 0be0aa3679 bug 100649: Length() being used where IsEmpty() is meant 
treewide changes to convert incorrect usages of string.Length() to string.IsEmpty().

5ec2a2a039 Make nsCSSFrameConstructor::AppendFrames be smarter about looking for :after 
pseudos.  Move some utility functions into nsLayoutUtils; simplify some places
that basically had copies of those functions.  Improves perf a bit in bug

34b709508c fix for bug 195262: 
- convert atoms to UTF8 because 99% of the time, that is what they are used for
- add support for static atoms, where the strings are declared in a large const array and not copied into the heap

Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned.
