ba58162e96 Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. 0d9875f0a1 Correcting our background painting code per the latest CSS specs. By default, backgrounds should be painted to the border 
area, and not the padding area as per the CSS 2 Errata, CSS2.1 and CSS3.  Also, implementing the CSS3 'background-clip'
and 'background-origin' properties (currently with -moz- prefixes) to control this behavior.

edc54e6926 Replace the BodyFixupRule with code in nsCSSRendering to fix all the problems with dynamic style changes and backgrounds on the root element and the BODY element. 60f3d8f316 Bug 96228. Make nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView position _only_ the frame's view (don't recur). Explicitly call nsContainerFrame::PositionChildViews as appropriate when moving a frame post-Reflow. e8403a2f92 Bug 55086. Change nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView() to position child views. Eliminate the |aView| parameter from that method, because the view can be retrieved from the frame and need not be done by the caller.
