0068d655ca Bug 1917721 - Make AAC-w/o-description WPT a mozilla-specific WPT r=media-playback-reviewers,padenot 
Due to the ongoing discussion in issue 832 [1], which has not yet
reached a consensus among all parties, the AAC-without-description WPT
introduced in the previous patch should be relocated to the *mozilla*
folder under WPT. This ensures that the test remains specific to Mozilla
and avoids unintentionally causing failures in other browers' test
suites.

6b9d1ff5f5 Bug 1781722 - Ensure blur std deviation is calculated correctly for pictures that exceed max surface size. r=gfx-reviewers,aosmond 
When a picture exceeds the maximum surface size we clamp the size to
the the maximum and ensure it is rendered at the adjusted scale by
setting the device pixel scale accordingly. However, we erroneously
did not additionally reset the local_scale to 1.0. For pictures used
as blur inputs, this resulted in both the device pixel scale and local
scale being used to calculate the std deviation, resulting in too much
blur.

5493bdcf29 Bug 1919526 - Make FinderParent.doFind doesn't consider undefined result as found r=Gijs 
`response.result` could be undefined if `currentBC.currentWindowGlobal` is
null, so that sendQueryToContext fails to send the message to the
global. This becomes possible with bug 1882670 as we start to
initialize the frame loader for iframes earlier. The windowGlobal
will be attached once the iframes are loaded, this patch fixes
the case when they haven't loaded.

5aca56c8f5 Bug 1922278 - Remove unexpected redundant D3D texture copy r=gfx-reviewers,aosmond 
With D218903 change, shared handle delivery route has changed and GpuProcessD3D11TextureMap::Register() failed to store shared handle to GpuProcessD3D11TextureMap::mSharedHandle. It caused to add the unexpected redundant D3D texture copy to GpuProcessD3D11TextureMap::GetSharedHandle().

The change removed the redundant copy and the shared handle is treated as it was before the D218903 change.

We enabled the relative feature, media engine playback, on Fx 132,
which is already a Beta version of Firefox. Therefore, we will always
need to have a test task for them, so I think it's time to make this

d6f870d27a Bug 1922007 - [devtools] Always use a light scheme for about:debugging message. r=devtools-reviewers,jdescottes. 
The message background and text colors are the same in light and dark mode,
and are best suited for light theme.
To avoid contrast issues with elements inside those messages (like links), we
force the color scheme to light.

1dece8c44c Bug 1920152 - Prevent the absolute path from being written in requirements.txt and re-vendor r=ahal,mach-reviewers 
We can continue using `-o` to generate the `requiriements.txt` file by just using the filename instead of the absolute path. This works because we're already setting the `cwd` to be where it needs to be generated. This makes the comment at the top of the generated `requirements.txt` file always be the same, regardless of who ran the vendor.

Add `MockSound` to replace nsISound in test. Allow us to track play
calls by additional exposed `played` array.

Add `resetSound` to FinderSound module, this is mainly for tests to

226d7db0f3 Bug 1905331 - Move findbar sound handling to new JS module, r=NeilDeakin 
The "not found" sound was initially implemented in cpp, then reworked
again in FinderParent (mjs) during fission migration.

Now completely move the implemention to JS as a new module. Make it
easier to be integrated by find controllers, also reduce typeaheadfind's
unnecessary responsibility.

To be clear, the `FinderParent.sys.mjs` affects the general findbar in
web pages, while `Finder.sys.mjs` affects non-remote pages e.g., chrome
pages like about:about (previously handled by nsTypeAheadFind.cpp).
