Part of the android video applink test requires clears profiles when running.
It was brought to our attention that since this test does not require a rooted android device people were running them on their personal devices and having their profiles cleared
This patch adds a check and only clears profiles if the test is running on CI(bitbar) which should ensure that this does not occur by accident to people using their personal devices.
