The background task process initializes Glean with the `firefox.desktop.background.tasks` app ID, but because this one was not known in `register_pings` it initialized ALL pings. Most of which will _never_ be sent by the background task process. Making the app ID known reduces the number of registered pings and should stop accidentally sending any other.
