The feature was renamed in web-features:
https://github.com/web-platform-dx/web-features/pull/1007

Additionally include some tests of the interaction with other features.
This results in some tests being tagged with multiple features, which
could potentially be used to filter out tests depending on the
implementation status of the different features.
