Beth Rennie 78bd539a1a Bug 1969994 - Make the Nimbus profile ID persistent a=dmeehan ...

Bug 1956080 added the Nimbus profile ID but due to pref branch
interactions it wasn't actually persistent. As a result, we need to
wipe the NimbusEnrollments table and re-run the
import-enrollments-to-sql migration.
