The subsuite is added conditionally because we only have the capability of running source-check tasks on linux at the moment. Once taskcluster support for windows and mac has matured a bit and the taskcluster configs support source-check there, we should apply the subuite unconditionally. MozReview-Commit-ID: Kk9Irz3fn14
