- Added a new preference: dom.quotaManager.temporaryStorage.incrementalOriginInitialization to simplify enabling incremental origin initialization. - Updated the QuotaPrefs class to include a new method: IncrementalOriginInitializationEnabled. - Adjusted the behavior of two existing preferences to respect the new incremental origin initialization preference. - Documented the new preference in StaticPrefList.yaml, detailing its behavior and impact on related preferences.
