Jamie Nicol 165a3cad96 Bug 1940933 - Handle Samsung Xclipse GPUs when sanitizing GL_RENDERER strings for webgl. r=jgilbert ...

These have the form "ANGLE (Samsung Xclipse 940) on Vulkan
1.3.264". This trips up our current parser that expects any string
that contains "ANGLE" to follow the ANGLE-on-Direct3D format.

This patch adds an alternative match for the ANGLE-on-Vulkan
format. Additionally it reports any "Samsung Xclipse" model as
"Samsung Xclipse 920", which is currently the most popular.
