Emilio Cobos Álvarez 32bca467e0 servo: Merge #9567 - style: Make the whole style crate independent of the implementation (from emilio:general-pseudo-element-parsing); r=bholley,SimonSapin
This allows, among other things, having different implementations for parsing pseudo{elements, classes} in both `ports/geckolib` and in servo.
