Automatic update from web-platform-tests [Legacy client hints modernization] (5) Check for `sec-ch-` in WebTests This CL adds WebTests for the new names (with the `sec-ch-` prefix) of the `dpr`, `device-memory`, `width`, and `viewport-width` client hints.
