Matt Brubeck 8cc50002a2 servo: Merge #18924 - Fix commonmark Markdown warnings in docs, part 1 (from mbrubeck:doc); r=Manishearth

Fixes warnings from rust-lang/rust#44229 when `--enable-commonmark` is passed to rustdoc.

This is mostly a global find-and-replace for bare URIs on lines by themselves in doc comments.

- [x] `./mach test-tidy` does not report any errors
- [x] These changes do not require tests because they are doc formatting changes only

This directory contains various Python modules used to support servo development.

`servo`

servo-specific python code e.g. implementations of mach commands. This is the canonical repository for this code.

`tidy`

servo-tidy is used to check licenses, line lengths, whitespace, flake8 on Python files, lock file versions, and more.
