This patch re-records several pageload tests with mitmproxy 11 on desktop. In particular, a majority of the sites here are in reference to Bug 1917840, to capture changes in the remote settings. Due to the linux hardware currently in ubuntu 18.x some new additional logic is added where tests can have a "backup" manifest for playback purposes. This way Windows and macOS can use the new recorded versions and Linux will continue to use the older recordings for the same test.
