UK992 a6ebcb8483 servo: Merge #13205 - Tidy: Fix ordering use statements with braces (from UK992:tidy-sort); r=Wafflespeanut
This hack fixes https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/7412 and matches behavior with rustfmt.
