James Teow e461bf6bea Bug 704027 - Give a bonus to alternate frecency using page interaction - r=mak,places-reviewers
This is a first pass patch.

I still haven't integrated two things:

1. Potentially combining interactions into fewer interactions: One issue is
if the interactions could map to more than one visit within the
timeframe (one hour). Right now, my logic just has the interaction that has
the closest creation date to the visit date.

2. Updating alt frecency of a places row upon deletion of an interaction.
Initially I tried using triggers for insert/update/delete but opted not to
since it could introduce difficult to locate side effects.
