Nicholas Nethercote	7dbfdaf890	Bug 1400460 - Rename nsIAtom as nsAtom. r=hiro. ... (Path is actually r=froydnj.) Bug 1400459 devirtualized nsIAtom so that it is no longer a subclass of nsISupports.
