d78cd08299 Bug 1442829: Remove macBrowserOverlay.xul. r=Gijs 
Move all of the overlay pieces into an include file except for the
DTD's that could not be put there. Inline the DTD's into the files
where they were used. Update comments in macWindow.inc.xul and browser.xul
to more accurately reflect the current state.

6021e79769 Bug 1441378 - Replace baseMenuOverlay.xul with inlining and preprocessing. r=Gijs 
The overlay defined two elements (helpMenu, menu_ToolsPopup) for all
platforms and three others (windowMenu, baseMenuCommandSet, baseMenuKeyset)
that were MacOS only. The two all platform elements and windowMenu were only
used once and inlined into browser-menubar.inc. The rest of the MacOS only
elements were conditionally inlined into browser-sets.inc.

c3e19fd25c bug 1408416 - Remove inconsistent Telemetry strings from About dialogs r=Dexter 
On nightly and aurora we have supplemental strings about Telemetry in the About
dialog/section. However, we already open the data policy tab (Desktop) and
notification (Mobile) on nightly, aurora, -and beta- to more accurately tell
users about our data policies.

So let's remove the inconsistently-applied semi-hard-to-find strings.

a38ee9ec94 Bug 1277747 - Show "Restarting..." label when we restart from about dialog updater, r=mikedeboer 
Restart might not happen instantly when the user clicks the restart
button. Ideally we want to provide instant feedback in that case. This
patch will switch the UI to a "Restarting..." label as soon as the user
clicks the restart button.

The button is restored if the restart action is aborted.

e1af685c9b Bug 307181 - Stage Firefox updates in the background after they're downloaded, and replace the application directory on restart; r=rstrong,bbondy 
When Firefox downloads an update, it previously kept the update around to apply
it on the next restart.  This patch changes this so that the updater program
is launched in the background as soon as the update has finished downloading
in order to stage the updated version of the application by copying the
existing installation directory to a temporary location and applying the update
on top of it, and replace the existing installation directory with the staged
directory on the next restart.

Because the replacing step is typically very fast, this patch eliminates the
wait for the update to be applied on restart, making it unnecessary to show a
progress dialog when restarting.
