f2a525e569 Bug 66036 - Make viewer use nsIFilePicker instead of nsIFileWidget. 
This required several fixes to make viewer able to display Linux's XUL
filepicker correctly, including making modal dialogs work, delaying the
showing of chrome windows until the document has fully loaded, and fixing
the problem on gtk where space was reserved for a menubar even if the
window doesn't have one.

143581a69f Changed nsIBrowserWindow references to reference nsBrowserWindow. nsBrowserWindow is no longer a component. 1c7bf629cf nsIPref is no longer passed around through inits on webshell, content viewers and presContext. In places where it is needed, it can be retrieved from the service manager. eb59a2272b api change to nsIWebShell and nsIDocumentLoaderObserver. I've replaced all the old method delarations with the new versions. We now pass 'nsresult' types into the On*() methods instead of PRInt32. The PRInt32 arg type was causing data loss. 
I also checked in a fix for bug 10848 (which prompted the api change), and 10549 (these changes were in nsWebShell.cpp).
