3e2680506d Landing the rest of the win32 gmake changes: 
* Adds Makefile.ins to win32 specific dirs
* Adds WINNT ifdefs to Makefile.ins

ab37c5705a r=dbaron, sr=dougt. 97667. nsIInterfaceRequestor is now frozen. nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h is now required if you want to use do_GetInterface() for convenience. The two were split because the stuff that is now in nsIInterfaceRequestorUtils.h wasn't ready for freezing. Also, .idl files should just contain interface defs anyway. 2001-09-05 21:28:38 +00:00

9c9cd5cfcb bug 40670 [URL: resolution of protocol:/path] checking in the groundwork to have an easy fix if we ever decide to support these kind of deprecated relative urls. 422ae8747b Replaced NO_SHARED_LIB & NO_STATIC_LIB with BUILD_SHARED_LIBS, BUILD_STATIC_LIBS, FORCE_STATIC_LIB & FORCE_SHARED_LIB. Added FORCE_USE_PIC. 
Changes allow us to have a finer control over which parts of the tree are built with PIC.  Part of the static build branch landing.
