- teach nsGenericFactory about nsIClassInfo, and nsIClassInfo.idl to the
  builds
- add a heaping serving of macro love for classes that want to support it
- convert many modules to use nsGenericModule the new way
- handful of warning and modeline fixes
- nsSample and some XPConnect test classes now have nsIClassInfo support for
  testing

b29fda74f9 NOT PART OF SEAMONKEY BUILD. Improve sample to show calling of [scriptable] xpcom interface methods directly from JavaScript using xpconnect. ba4c6ce5b3 NOT PART OF SEAMONKEY BUILD. Make plugin sample work on windows. It looks like this has been unable to compile on windows since someone added Unix only includes outside the #ifdef XP_UNIX block about *nine* months ago.
