Since '-framework Carbon' causes binaries to require console access to run, do not link using that flag by default. Otherwise, remote builds & non-console tinderboxes will break. Mac OSX Mach-O only.

Fixing bug 106823. Pass the length to nsAString::Assign() to make sure we don't loose embedded null characters in strings, and also to speed things up a bit. Since the purpose of --enable-ultrasparc is to just flip on the ultrasparc-specific js compare & swap code, move the asflags/defines to turn it on back into js/src/Makefile.in rather than causing the entire project to be built with those flags.
