71a425bcaa bug 125725, part 2 - pass nsIURIs instead of char* URL specs into nsCookies. 
That way, we won't try to get or set cookies on protocols that don't support host.

2436f099d5 Speed up IMAGE_CheckForPermission by (1) caching the 'imageblocker.enabled' pref and using a pref-changed callback and (2) not getting the warning message from the string bundle and formatting it with nsTextFormatter::smprintf until we know we're going to display the warning dialog.
