9084a9aaea Because js uses static data structures and is linked into other shared libraries, js must be built as a shared library.

bb00020d34 Move build logic for static builds into separate .mk so that it doesn't have to be duplicated across Makefiles. Use slightly more generic name for _getModuleInfo function so that it can be used for multiple binaries.

6a4e175731 fix bug #41820. The gtk embedding widget will now startup and shutdown XPCOM properly. Also, fix code that was broken when the nsIWebProgress changes happened.
