8e894f5e81 Bug 1528394 - Reduce includes of GLContext.h. r=lsalzman
Splitting part of OGLShaderProgram.h out into OGLShaderConfig.h makes it
easier to keep GLContext.h included in OGLShaderProgram.h for inlining
purposes.

d94393fbef Bug 1478704 - Compute shader adjustments for mask separately r=jrmuizel,mstange
When masking as a secondary effect to RENDER_TARGET, mFBOTextureTarget
will have a target of GL_TEXTURE_2D, leading us to not use sampler2DRect
and friends for the mask. This fixes that, and also assures our coord
adjustments are based on the mask texture's dimensions.

0c7bdf000d Bug 1478704 - Fully generalize shader generation to rect textures r=jrmuizel
I'm not sure if there was a reason for not fully generalizing the
sampler2DRect and texture2DRect stuff throughout the shader
generalization file. It seemed the simplest thing was to fully
replace it - even if in some cases it doesn't make sense it's
more consistent, and it definitely fixes the trouble we were having
with switching to GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB for client storage.

This patch was generated automatically by the "modeline.py" script, available

For every file that is modified in this patch, the changes are as follows:
 (1) The patch changes the file to use the exact C++ mode lines from the
     Mozilla coding style guide, available here:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Coding_Style#Mode_Line

 (2) The patch deletes any blank lines between the mode line & the MPL
     boilerplate comment.

 (3) If the file previously had the mode lines and MPL boilerplate in a
     single contiguous C++ comment, then the patch splits them into
     separate C++ comments, to match the boilerplate in the coding style.

The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout.  The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.

5f230c7e6b Bug 1073036. layers: Track program state more carefully to avoid setting unnecessarily. r=nical
This introduces some infrastructure to start tracking the program state more carefully. Currently
it only tracks the program because UseProgram was showing up the most in profiles, but more
state could also be added as needed.
