Make removal from the loadgroup async, and add another call cancelAndForgetObserver() that removes the listener immediately (since some callsites expect that). ba963c4d3e Load background images from style instead of from painting. This makes us 
start loading the background images when we resolve style on an object that
needs them instead of when we scroll down and see it for the first time.  Bug

640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell.
