d2146cd47e Bug 821877 - Browser Mochitest for CSP error logging to Web Console. r=msucan 
Also fixes another CSP browser chrome test that was broken because it uses the
old CSP headers and assumed that only one warning would be logged to the Web
Console.

6c0b50fe17 Merge mozilla-central into build-system 
There were merges in configure.in and some Makefile.in. None had any
conflicts. I spot verified the Makefile.in changes and confirmed that
the changes did not touch any DIRS* variables.
