This commit removes nsIRemoteTab as a parent class from BrowserParent,
so that BrowserHost is the only concrete implementation of nsIRemoteTab.
Some static_cast's are updated to cast to BrowserHost, and other places
have to be updated to pass a BrowserHost instead of a BrowserParent.
WindowGlobalParent had a getter to return it's managing BrowserParent
as a nsIRemoteTab. I couldn't find a use of this in-tree, so I've just
opt-ed to remove it. If there's a use-case, we can add something back
in.

nsITabParent is exposed to frontend code and is generally used as a representation of a remote tab. We could just rename the interface to nsIBrowserParent and worry about it later, but I think it's better to rename the interface to nsIRemoteTab so that we can later work on splitting the interface away from the PBrowser protocol.
Note: Some frontend code refers to a TabParentId. This commit renames this to RemoteTabId. We need to figure out the purpose of TabId with fission.

This patch makes accessible module use `mozilla::PresShell` directly rather
than via `nsIPresShell`. Additionally, renames `DocAccessible::PresShell()`
to `DocAccessible::PresShellPtr()` for avoiding conflict with using
`PresShell` in it and its sub classes.

This patch makes `nsDocShell::GetPresShell()` and
`nsDocShell::GetEldestPresShell()` return `mozilla::PresShell*` and
some non-public methods use `mozilla::PresShell*` directly.

2. Hold onto the target node when scheduling processing of the DOM event, as GetOriginalTarget returns null when we process shadow DOM events async.

Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.
Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.
nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.
I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.
While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.
Also switch the XPCOM-y version of EventTarget::AddEventListner to a
Nullable<bool> for aWantsUntrusted.
The three-arg overload of AddEventListener in ContentFrameMessageManager was
never called, so all the AddEventListener overloads there are not needed.

We can't have a null content in
ScrollbarActivity::StopListeningForScrollAreaEvents, because only viewport
frames have a null GetContent().

The change to RootAccessible.cpp fixes an obvious bug introduced in bug 741707.
The visibility changes in gfx/thebes are because NS_DECL_ISUPPORTS has a
trailing "public:" that those classes were relying on to have public
constructors.

This is a large patch which tries to switch many of the external consumers of
nsGlobalWindow to instead use the new Inner or Outer variants.

Create a new internal role EDITCOMBOBOX so that we can distinguish
comboboxes with a text input (which is the case for the ARIA role)
from those which consist of only a popup button and associated list
(which is the case for the select element with a size of 1). Also
change the type of ARIA combobox from kGenericAccType to eCombobox
so that IsCombobox() will return true for both EDITCOMBOBOX and
COMBOBOX. Lastly, call IsCombobox() rather than role() when assigning
internal roles to descendants of comboboxes and emitting accessibility
events.
The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top
level of a typical source code checkout. The only non-machine-generated
part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.
CLOSED TREE makes big refactorings like this a piece of cake.
