ddb5e4346d Add an interface for nested URIs (like jar:, view-source:, etc) to implement 
and use it in various places.  Create null principals if asked for a codebase
principal for a codebase that doesn't have an inherent security context (eg

fa21d99a38 Make our content-type header parsing closer to spec (it wasn't allowing some

- Make the HTTP, FTP and file channels implement nsIPropertyBag2 and associated
  interfaces (by inheriting from nsHashPropertyBag)
- Use that interface to expose a "content-length" property giving the length of
  the data as a 64-bit value on the FTP and HTTP channels
- change docshell and xpinstall to use nsIPropertyBag2 instead of nsIProperties
  to read/write the referrer property

625f0cd8c4 Fix theme switching bugs related to insufficient change handling when entry points to themes are stylesheet links (processing instructions or XBL stylesheet elements) or xul:image src attributes by giving the chrome: protocol its own URL implementation that remembers the URL to which the chrome: URL was resolved and uses that resolved URL as part of equality testing. 79668a63d9 moving cookie service into necko: b=210561 r=dwitte sr=bryner 
these files were moved from their old home in extensions/cookie.  the CVS
records cannot be simply moved because attic files exist in the new location,
and so i will unfortunately take cvs blame for all.  that's unfair to dwitte
who has made so many wonderful changes to the cookies backend code! ;-)

so, to find out the real cvs blame for these files, please look at the
