dbaron@fas.harvard.edu	de212948e5	Move trace-malloc readers from mozilla/xpcom/base/ to mozilla/tools/trace-malloc/. Add a --shutdown-leaks option to nsTraceMalloc to dump, to the file given as an argument to the option, information about allocations still live at shutdown.
