7532ab4ae5 Fix for autocomplete widget crashes and misbehavior. This reverts the original fix for bug 192577 since that makes it difficult to reliably determine whether the autocomplete popup is open. Bug 192577 is re-fixed by adding a property to nsIPopupBoxObject to allow the "rollup event" behavior to be specified by an XBL binding. We then set this to "consume" for the urlbar dropdown, so that clicking on the button a second time only dismisses the popup, and skips dispatching the event. Additionally, this change makes us only have a singleton AutoCompleteController for all inputs (this was already the case for HTML inputs, but not XUL inputs). 9d9b2e7a47 Add support for caching content viewers in session history to speed up back/forward (bug 274784).
