7d613942b0 Bug 693469 - Implement mozilla::ArrayLength and mozilla::ArrayEnd, and replace uses of NS_ARRAY_LENGTH whenever possible. d0f179a163 Bug 396226 - Provide an API to asynchronously generate HTTP responses in httpd.js, and implement a state-storage system which can store object references to provide greater contextual information in handlers.
