Ben Bucksch	d37fc25d62	nsIAuthPrompt2: add PREVIOUS_FAILED, bug 521467, r=biesi, sr=bz ... Add flag nsIAuthInformation.PREVIOUS_FAILED to notify the login manager that the previous login attempt failed.
