36e749a35a Bug 355548. Clean up MathML's font handling by moving most of it to the style system. Creates nsMathMLElement to put functionality there. a156fb7111 Propagate stylesheet principals through to XBL binding loads; streamline load 
security checks in the XBL code (so that all the security checks are gated
through LoadBindingDocumentInfo).  Bug 204140, r=dbaron for the CSS changes,
r=sicking for the XBL changes, sr=sicking.

In particular, this change allows user stylesheets loaded from local files to
link to local files.

d21cb374bd Bug 300030: Move intrinsic width computation out of nsIFrame::Reflow and into its own methods on nsIFrame. Replace reflow reasons, types, and commands with dirty bits/notifications. Thanks to bzbarsky for almost all of the HTML form controls (mozilla/layout/forms) changes, and many others for help testing and patching.
