291e0dc7f0 Add support for -moz-text-size-adjust CSS property. (Bug 627842, patch 1) r=bzbarsky 
This property is analogous to the -webkit-text-size-adjust property (and
*maybe* also the -ms-text-size-adjust property).  It allows pages to opt
out of text size adjustments performed on mobile devices by specifying
-moz-text-size-adjust: none.

6ff3341302 Bug 676857 - Make it an error if interfaces have too many methods. 
The error is made at compile-time, and also causes an error if trying to make a
stub like this. Finally, it also refuses to load such an interface.

These restrictions only apply to script-implementable interfaces.
