3c6ad9da4e Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. ac7dffe047 Windows CE build changes. This addresses most of the outstanding Windows 
CE compilation issues.

This patch also fixes/removes CheckStackGrowthDirection assertions in
Javscript.  This change is based on bug 242518.  See comment 36.

This patch also removes the unused enum in transformiix .  See bug
292118.

b7a25388d4 Rename {nsIDocument,nsIDocumentObserver,nsIFrame}::ContentChanged to CharacterDataChanged, since that's the only thing it's used for. Replace its nsISupports* parameter with a PRBool, since we don't need to allocate an object to pass a boolean parameter.
