16d0db8fb3 Improve the CSSLoader API: make it clear which methods return results 
sync and which return async, move the handling of alternates more completely
into the CSSLoader, make it possible for observers to tell whether the load

df45507103 bug 263053: Get rid of the <endnote> tag when parsing fragments with context, since this can fail if the input stream contains another <endnote> tag.
