30313f1920 Bug 129608, moving XML parsererror into its own namespace along with the CSS rules so it won't mess up with web pages using parsererror and sourcetext tags. 4bcfcad1ba bug 127091 - big string cleanup, removing old APIs 
- removing Assign/AppendWithConversion for single-characters
- removing unused StripChars
- removing ReplaceChar[s] for non-matching chars
- removing CompressSet
- removing nsCString::Find/FindCharInSet/RFind for unichar strings

b4bb07d93e Fixing bug 106571.
