This is based on Philip Taylor's emulation written in JavasScript.

Relanding this now that 499161 has landed which should fix test failures.

9fe8d82104 Bug 472244. Flush out MozAfterPaint for previously painted areas before we go ahead and fire MozReftestInvalidate to test invalidation.
