a4d3c512c6 Final patch for bug 195350. Make XUL use new nsAttrAndChildren class. Kill nsXULAttributeValue and nsXULAttributes in favour of nsAttrValue resp. nsDOMAttributeMap. Should fix a few bugs, improve performance and reduce bloat.

3df604b480 Speed up mapping HTML tag enums to atoms by using an array of static atoms, indexed by enum value. This avoids a UTF16 to UTF8 conversion and atom table lookup for each tag. Add a CString version of nsINodeInfoManager::GetNodeInfo(), convert literal string callers to use that version, and remove some unused variants of GetNodeInfo(). 0791c901d2 Bug 159314: Fastload is wasteful wrt nodenames. Instead of serializing nodename+namespaceURI for each element/attribute, serialize a table of all nodename+namespaces used by a document and then serialize pointers into that.

8e209d470c - Fix for nsbeta3+ bug 10292: ID attribute information is passed up from the parser to the content sink and into the node info objects associated with content objects. nsIXMLContent now inherits from nsIStyledContent which allows 
authors to use ID selectors to target elements in an XML document.

3ba32f670e DOM string changes. All nsString& in DOM interfaces (and interfaces needed by DOM implementations) have been changed to nsAReadableString& and nsAWritableString&.
