de930a6ef8 Separate concept of stylesheet URI into base URI (for resolving relative links) and sheet URI (for everything else), since they can differ for style elements (and inline style and style set from script, but that's for the next patch). 5ad343526a More nsIPresShell deCOMtamination: 
- Made Get/SetAuthorStyleDisabled and ReconstructStyleData non-virtual when called internally.
- Inlined GetFrameSelection and renamed it to FrameSelection.
- Removed non-inline version of GetViewManager.
- Removed unused EnablePrefStyleRules and ArePrefStyleRulesEnabled.

08d6baff75 Move things that aren't author stylesheets out of nsDocument's mStyleSheets array to simplify stylesheet management code.
