0af9398160 Flush out reflows before processing invalidates and paint events. Fixes a 
variety of flicker issues of various sorts, especially when we're not quite
keeping up with the rate of updates in DHTML or in editor.  Bug 244366 and

start loading the background images when we resolve style on an object that
needs them instead of when we scroll down and see it for the first time.  Bug

58ce615aa2 Guarantee that the pres context's device context will be non-null by returning failure from Init() if it's null. Rename inline getter GetDeviceContext() to DeviceContext(), convert all callers to use the inline getter, and remove the virtual/refcounting getter. d3fe7e39fa Continuing nsIPresContext deCOMtamination (bug 229371). Remove ReParentStyleContext - callers can call frame manager directly. Removed several unused setters.
