116c7af9d3 Bug 78510. Maintain a per-document hashmap from URI-spec-hash to set of pointers to content elements that are links to those URIs whose state has been queried by the style system. Use this map to efficiently mark visited any links to URIs which get visited. r+sr=dbaron, with input from bryner and bzbarsky, a=jesup with support from dbaron. 18d474d9df Fix bug 302962. When someone calls Activate() or Deactivate() on an nsWebBrowser which doesn't have a content viewer yet (and hence no pres shell), don't just bail because nsGlobalWindow will complain. Instead, change nsDocShell to make the content viewer on demand, and go ahead and pass the activate/deactivate onto the dom window. This fixes a serious focus bug in Camino.

51c4a46a3b When restoring a presentation, move everything except adding the request to the loadgroup into the async plevent callback. 5c73708143 Fix pending-loads check for fastback so that we detect loads initiated either before or after Stop() is called. Fix assert on reload. Fix problem where the wrong load type was being checked in CanSavePresentation(). Fix problem where we cached a content viewer on the current history entry when it was equal to the new history entry. - Make the HTTP, FTP and file channels implement nsIPropertyBag2 and associated
  interfaces (by inheriting from nsHashPropertyBag)
- Use that interface to expose a "content-length" property giving the length of
  the data as a 64-bit value on the FTP and HTTP channels
- change docshell and xpinstall to use nsIPropertyBag2 instead of nsIProperties
  to read/write the referrer property
