c4151dfd44 Bug 1893277 - build initial UI for turning on scheduled backups. r=backup-reviewers,firefox-desktop-core-reviewers ,fluent-reviewers,mconley 
backup-settings changes:
- adds a new button in the Backup section of about:preferences / about:settings
- shows the turn on dialog after pressing the button

Turn on dialog behaviour (implemented):
- pressing the cancel will close the dialog
- pressing the confirm button will set the pref browser.backup.scheduled.enabled=true and close the dialog
- pressing the passwords checkbox will show more options

Turn on dialog behaviour (not implemented):
- requiring a password for the backup (see Bug 1895981)
- modifying the save location and showing a file picker (see Bug 1895943)

Other changes:
- tests for backup-settings and the turn on dialog
- Storybook template for the turn on dialog

9d3fd10175 Bug 28354 - Added option "browser.tabs.allow_transparent_browser" to "about:config" to stop forcing opaque backgrounds. r=tabbrowser-reviewers,dao 
The background behind the rendered webpage may now be made transparent with these changes by toggling the mentioned preference.
The new option defaults to false, preserving the previous behaviour as the default. For the changes to apply "browser.tabs.allow_transparent_browser" has to be explicitly set to "true" in about:config.

For transparency to actually work, though, a userChrome.css is necessary to make the tab's background transparent ( :root { --tabpanel-background-color: #00000063 !important; } ).
Pages may not be transparent by default (except for some rare cases), but extensions may be used to enforce transparent background colors on all pages.

As such this patch implements all necessary changes to allow users to make firefox transparent without having to patch and recompile it.

6faea180fa Bug 1854373 Use the loggers to capture errors and debug details during session restore.r=sessionstore-reviewers,markh,sclements 
* Timestamped log files are written to a `sessionstore-logs` directory in the profile directory
* Errors will always get written to disk, the logOnSuccess pref ensures all logs are saved even if no error has been captured
* The prefs configure how much logging we do. We have more verbose logging by default in  nightly/early-beta, and less (errors, warnings) in release.
* Logging statements have been added to the early phases of session restore. We'll add more I'm sure as we troubleshoot specific bugs.
