d1856f6f91 Remove |aForceUnique| parameter from style context resolving methods, and corresponding flag from nsStyleContext, since the only caller was ReResolveStyleContext (on the assumption that other callers used it). 76bafe5239 Bug 68012: Allow frames in a frameset to be manually resized by dragging the border. 5e5f240649 Folded reflow functions into nsIFrame and eliminated nsIFrameReflow and 
nsIHTMLReflow. This saves 4 bytes per frame and cleans things up
