db94c3e82c Bug 1303241 part 2 - Make GetVisitedDependentColor use style structs directly. r=dbaron 
I think there are three advantages of this change:
1. removes some dependencies from layout / painting code to pre-computed
   value stuff in the style system;
2. makes it easier to audit usage of specific fields in style structs
   (which is probably a side effect of the first one);
3. potentially improves performance since it doesn't go through the
   unnecessary general logic in ExtractComputedValue.

Also, combined with the part before, we get a unified list for visited-
dependent properties so that we can ensure the assertion here and the
style difference calc code are consistent.

0f1150d793 Bug 1064843 part 5 - Ensure frames behave properly for unknown child list id passed into SetInitialChildList. r=dholbert 
Note that nsMathMLContainerFrame and its subclasses are unchanged since
they are not target of fullscreen (and thus no backdrop frame), and they

318f08cd7a Bug 1015844 - part 2, Add a call to ReflowOverflowContainerChildren() to reflow abs.pos. overflow containers. r=roc 
nsColumnSetFrame puts true overflow containers on the principal child list
(which may then get pushed to the overflow list), but overflow containers
for abs.pos. children still go on the kOverflowContainersList and
kExcessOverflowContainersList lists as usual.
