  Added forceAllowThirdPartyCookie to nsIHttpChannelInternal.
  Added LOAD_FLAGS_FORCE_ALLOW_COOKIES to nsIWebNavigation.
  Added PERSIST_FLAGS_FORCE_ALLOW_COOKIES to nsIWebBrowserPersist.
